Questions about Muave? Most answers are below — and if yours isn't, our team reads every message.

Frequently asked questions

How does matching work?

When you create your profile, you tell Muave about your identity, whether you want kids or are open to co-parenting, your values, and your interests. Muave uses those answers to show you people whose intentions genuinely line up with yours.

From there, it works the way you'd expect: swipe through profiles, and when two people like each other, it's a match. Only matched members can message each other, and AI-assisted icebreakers can suggest a thoughtful first message based on what you have in common.

How do I report or block someone?

Open the person's profile or your chat with them, tap the menu (⋯), and choose Report or Block. Blocking immediately hides you from each other and ends the conversation. You can also Unmatch at any time to remove a match without filing a report.

Every report is reviewed by our team. We have a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, hate, and abusive behavior, and we act on legitimate reports — including removing content and ejecting offending users — within 24 hours. If you ever feel unsafe, block first and report after; you never need a reason to block someone.

How do I delete my account?

You can permanently delete your account and all associated data directly in the app: go to Settings → Account → Delete Account and confirm. Deletion is permanent — your profile, matches, messages, and data are removed and can't be restored.

If you're unable to access the app, contact us through parityventures.app/contact and we'll help you delete your account.

Is Muave free?

Yes. Muave is free to download and use, and during our launch period all premium features are free for every member. If paid subscriptions are introduced later, they'll be optional, clearly explained, and billed securely through the Apple App Store.

Who is Muave for?

Muave is for adults 18 and older seeking intentional partnerships — including lavender marriages, co-parenting arrangements, and committed companionship built on mutual respect. It's designed for gay men, gay women, and straight women who are open to a committed partnership and want to be honest about it from the first message.

What are AI-assisted icebreakers?

When you match with someone, Muave can suggest a conversation starter based on the interests and intentions you both shared on your profiles. Suggestions are optional — you can use one, edit it, or ignore it entirely. They exist to make the first message less awkward, not to write your relationship for you.

When does Muave launch?

Muave is launching soon on the Apple App Store. For launch updates, send us a note through parityventures.app/contact and we'll let you know the day it's live.
